Asset Space will develop, for a portfolio or individual building, the most appropriate revenue generation plan reflecting the objectives (e.g. financial, brand building, customer experience, staff satisfaction etc) of the owner.
Asset Space will then use its knowledge and expertise in the market to select, appoint and manage the specialist sub contractors required to deliver this plan (e.g. RMU letting, digital advertising, static advertising, promotional companies, film and event location companies etc).
Asset Space will look to earn its return as a percentage of value generated and is also willing to guarantee income from these areas in exchange for the rights over an agreed time period.
