Keith Perry joins The Asset Factor as Finance & Commercial Director

(February 2006) The Asset Factor, the 50/50 joint venture between Helical Bar and Oliver Jones and Matthew Punshon, has strengthened its potential in the property asset management market, with the appointment as shareholder and director of Keith Perry, former CEO Lend Lease Development.

Keith is the third senior professional in The Asset Factor team since it was established in November last year.

With over 15 years experience in property and finance at Regional Board level, Keith has a professional background in both architecture and finance. At Lend Lease he led, at differing times, many of the individual European business units including PFI, Fund Management and the Retail business. He has spent the last two years at Lend Lease developing and leading the company’s approach to the large scale Community Development and Regeneration sector in the UK.

Initially targeting established organisations that are undergoing corporate or structural change and/or have a legacy portfolio of property assets, The Asset Factor will form close co-venture relationships with potential partners and suppliers to deliver the day-to-day management aspects of its client contracts.

Oliver Jones was formerly the Sales and Marketing Director of Carillion, while Matthew Punshon was the former Commercial Solutions Director of Land Securities Trillium and the creator of Land Securities’ flexible leasing offer, Landflex.

The Asset Factor was established because Oliver and Matthew had identified a growing need amongst organisations throughout the UK for flexible and innovative service-driven and risk underwritten business solutions to their accommodation requirements and real estate liabilities.
