The Asset Factor's joint venture with NB Real Estate, NB Entrust, received two highly sought after industry accolades at the 2009 BIFM Awards in London on 12th October.  The business won the FM Excellence Award as the best FM team in the Property Investors sector, one of the ten core awards, and came second in another, receiving a Highly Commended certificate in the Innovation in Customer Service Award.  Belinda Fordham, Head of Business Development in NB Entrust was also recognised for her achievements through being shortlisted as a finalist in the FM of the Year category.
