The Asset Factor

The ILM claims to be the UK’s largest management body, as well as the country's largest awarding body for leadership and management qualifications.

A number of Asset Faculty courses have successfully passed the ILM's rigorous endorsement process.

This includes the Introduction to FM training course which now offers an optional assessment element, according to Asset Faculty MD Martin Pickard. Delegates who successfully complete this assessment are registered with the ILM which will provide formal certification.

This move follows on the company's recent appointment as Approved Training Provider by the Facilities Management Association.
