NB Entrust is a joint venture between The Asset Factor and NB Real Estate.
The company is a Property Operator which manages 600 buildings across the UK. The portfolio encompasses some 30m sq ft of space, interacting with 8,000+ tenants and accounts for over £100m per annum of Service Charge spend.
NB Entrust employs directly 250 people and, together with our service charge partners, provides employment for a further 1,000 people operating on-site.
NB Entrust as a leading operator (currently the 3rd largest property management organisation in the UK) is focused on customer service which can only be achieved by the people involved. To support them we provide:
